ePosters Viewer

Steps to open the Viewer app

  1. Open the Viewer URL in the browser: Find the URL that corresponds to the monitor. Then, open it in the browser of the monitor connected to the laptop.
  2. Create a shortcut of that URL on the desktop: By creating a shortcut you make sure anytime someone closes the browser you have the URL ready to open it easily using the shortcut.

How to switch mode to on-demand

When the Viewer is in auto-rotation mode, you can switch to on-demand mode by using the "Switch mode" link located at the bottom right of the Viewer. The "Switch mode" link appears only on hovering the bottom right of the Viewer.

How to search for an ePoster

You can search for an ePoster when the Viewer in on-demand mode by using the search field on the bottom right of the Viewer. Enter the Abstract ID that is assigned to the poster which can be found on the Posters site.
